Basic requirements for qualified PCB circuit boards in in China

With the rapid development of mobile phones, electronics, communications and other industries, at the same time, it also promotes the growth and rapid growth of PCB circuit board industry, there is a growing demand for the number of layers, weights, precision, materials, colors and reliability of components. 

However, due to fierce competition in the market price, PCB material costs are also on the rise, more and more manufacturers are trying to monopolize the market in order to improve their core competitiveness. Behind these very low prices, however, is to reduce material cost and the cost of the production process to achieve, but the device is usually prone to crack (crack), easy to scratch, abrasion (or), the comprehensive factors such as precision, performance is not standard, the serious influence to use in the weldability and reliability of the products, and so on.

Identifying PCB boards can be done in two ways: The first approach is to judge by appearances, and on the other hand, from the quality specifications of the PCB board itself. 

Method for judging the quality of PCB circuit board:

First, distinguish the quality of the circuit board from its appearance.Generally, the appearance of the PCB circuit board can be analyzed and judged in three aspects:

* Standard rules for size and thickness. 

The circuit board is different from the thickness of the standard circuit board, and the customer can measure the thickness and the specifications of the product

* Light and color

The external circuit board is covered with ink, and the circuit board can play an insulating role. If the board color is not bright and the ink is less, the insulation board itself is not good

* Weld appearance

Because of the more parts of the circuit board, if the welding is not good, the circuit board which is easy to fall off of the parts will seriously affect the welding quality of the circuit board. 

Second, quality PCB boards need to meet the following requirements:

* After the installation of components is required, the telephone is easy to use, that is to say, the electrical connection is in line with the requirements.

* Line width, line thickness and line distance meet the requirements, so as to avoid heating, break, and short circuit.

* Under high temperature, copper does not peel off easily

* There is no additional electromagnetic radiation

* Shape without deformation, so as not to install after the deformation of the shell, screw hole dislocation.

* The mechanical properties of the surface shall comply with the installation requirements
